We are looking for a talented WAREHOUSE III to join our specialized **LOGISTICS** team for our **CUMMINS** company in **Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua.**
In this role, you will have an impact in the following ways:
**Health, Safety and Environment (HSE):**
+ Promptly identify and report any safety hazards or risks.
+ Comply with HSE standards, policies and procedures, using appropriate personal protective equipment.
+ Actively participate in HSE training and promote safety in the workplace.
**Quality:**
+ Follow established standard work procedures, work instructions and quality documentation.
+ Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy between goods received and documentation.
+ Identify and handle non-conforming materials to maintain high quality standards.
**Receiving and Warehousing:**
+ Accurately receive, sort, label/pack and store goods.
+ Utilize manual and automated equipment to handle and store products according to customer expectations.
+ Optimize storage space by coordinating warehousing activities.
**Teamwork:**
+ Communicate effectively with the team and collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals.
+ Participate in training and development activities according to business needs.
+ Maintain work area clean, orderly and safe, performing cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.
+ Support staff and group leader in carrying out warehouse processes to meet objectives.
**Qualifications**
+ Inventory management and warehouse operations.
+ Use of warehouse tools and systems to meet operational metrics.
+ Advanced knowledge of Kanban system.
+ Extensive experience in material, hour by hour runs, material flows and inventories.
+ Knowledge of blueyonder.
+ Knowledge of CTPAT.
+ Expert in Oracle adjustment, crediting.
+ Advanced knowledge of Cyclic Counts.
+ Knowledge in picking, put away.
+ Knowledge of scales.
+ Handling of forklifts HP, HS (Indispensable), picker, VNA, with certification or DC3.
+ Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
+ Availability for 1st shift and overtime.
+ Have at least 9 months from last promotion.
+ Excellent punctuality and attendance record in the last 12 months (No reprimands or suspensions).

+ Warehouse Operations - Utilizes warehousing tools, systems, and methodologies to meet defined metrics for inbound and outbound operations of a warehouse.
+ Values differences - Recognizing the value that different perspectives and cultures bring to an organization. **Education, Licenses, Certifications:** High school diploma or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. **Experience:** Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience in a related field such as logistics, warehousing and third party logistics provider management.
