Resumen del puesto:

Realiza una variedad de actividades del centro de distribución relacionadas con uno o más de los siguientes procesos: embalaje, envío, recepción, cumplimiento de pedidos, manejo de stock, almacenamiento, distribución y soporte de inventario. Responsabilidades principales:

Cumple con los pedidos del inventario almacenado que cumple con los requisitos del cliente y los procesos de inspección / prueba.Envía los pedidos dentro de los compromisos de tiempo y completa toda la documentación.Se comunica con el líder / supervisor con respecto a cualquier problema o problema de cumplimiento.Recibe, desempaqueta e inspecciona los materiales y productos entrantes, y verifica los pedidos escritos.Devoluciones de materiales defectuosos.Asegura que la documentación como listas de empaque, etiquetas de envío y otros documentos similares estén completos, sean precisos y procesados adecuadamente. Identifica, investiga y participa en oportunidades para mejorar procesos y procedimientos, para incluir varias métricas clave de rendimiento.Mantiene y actualiza los sistemas según sea necesario.Otras funciones que se le asignen.

Job Summary:

Performs a variety of distribution center activities related to one or more of the following processes: packing, shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, stock handling, storing, distribution and inventory support. Provides high quality, cost effective, and efficient service to meet current and future demands.


Principal Responsibilities:

Fulfills orders from stored inventory meeting customer requirements and inspection/testing processes. Ships orders within time commitments and completes all documentation. Communicates with lead/supervisor regarding any fulfillment issues or problems.Receives, unpacks, and inspects incoming materials and product, and verifies against written orders. Returns defective materials.Ensures documentation such as packing lists, shipping labels, and other such documents are complete, accurate and processed appropriately.Identifies, investigates, and participates in opportunities to improve processes and procedures, to include various key performance metrics.Maintains and updates systems as required.Other duties as assigned.

Acquired and applies working knowledge of the organization, job, practices and procedures to be proficient in all aspects of job.Performs functions semi-routine in nature and recognizes the need for occasional alternative solutions.Work is performed independently, with minimal supervision. Able to establish priorities and manage time to complete work.Collaboration with other departments or teams may be required to perform role. May frequently respond to requests from others, internally or externally.Impact of decisions may affect the department. Errors may result in loss of time, resources and/or customer satisfaction.


Work Experience:

Typically requires a minimum of two years of related experience.


Education and Certification(s):
