State Street Alpha Services business unit is seeking an experienced Business Management leader to support organizational effectiveness globally. You will build a deep understanding of Alpha products, services, and business models, play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, and deliver on strategic goals in an evolving organization. This includes driving results by executing key initiatives, developing, and maintaining key messaging and materials and aligning the organization through effective communications.

The Business Management role supports Alpha Services business globally, with a primary focus on supporting the Head of Alpha Services and the Head of Alpha Services Strategy & Transformation. What you will be responsible for
The Alpha Services Business Management lead is responsible for managing a wide range of activities for the business, including: 

Business Administration and Communications: Management of activities such as OKR (Objectives & Key Results) drafting, tracking and communication, internal travel approvals/budgets, implementation acceleration tracking, training plans, and other EVP/SVP support activities (as assigned).Alpha Services Materials Management: Oversight over the development and ongoing maintenance of collateral in support of Alpha Services – Alpha Professional Services (APS), Alpha Services Product and Alpha Data Services (ADS). Tracking and review schedule and coordination/sync with other governance teams/committees to ensure updates are executed and cascaded properly where required.Presentations and Communications: Lead the development and ongoing management of materials, presentations, and other collateral support of Alpha Services regularly scheduled meetings and ad-hoc requests.Client Events: Planning and management of client advisory board (CAB), pre-CAB preparatory activities, post-CAB summaries and follow-up and coordination with other groups/teams/functions, as required.Manage a range of strategic initiatives and partner with Corporate Groups and BU representatives where required in support of firmwide initiatives, policies and systemsDevelop and manage a small team to support business administration activities as described

Education & Preferred Qualifications
•    Undergraduate degree minimum and graduate degree preferred
•    8-15+ years of related experience

Salary Range:

$170,000 - $267,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
