**Job Description** **AltaGas - Fleet & Assets Administrator (Sundre)** Are you passionate about fleet management and asset optimization? Join AltaGas as a **Fleet & Assets Administrator** and play a pivotal role in our Midstream and Trucking Operations teams. Based in our **Sundre, AB** field office, you'll be at the heart of vehicle acquisition, maintenance, and fleet safety initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on managing vendor relationships, supporting telemetry implementation, and ensuring accurate data reporting. You'll also oversee fleet compliance, and expense reporting, and assist with asset management across multiple divisions. **Key Responsibilities** + **Vehicle Acquisition:** Coordinate with the Fleet Management Company (FMC) for vehicle ordering and acquisition. + **Driver Assignments:** Assign vehicles to drivers according to company policies and usage requirements. + **Equipment Management:** Manage site-specific equipment specifications, ordering, and deployment. + **Asset Sales:** Execute asset sales across all divisions and asset types. + **Expense Reporting:** Facilitate fleet expense reporting and budgeting processes. + **Regulatory Compliance:** Maintain knowledge of fleet-specific regulations, licensing, and registration requirements. + **Insurance Claims:** Assist with insurance claims resolution related to fleet operations. + **Driver Log Audits:** Assisting Company Drivers in completing logs for compliance. + **Fleet Metrics:** Track and report fleet metrics, including telematics for light and heavy-duty vehicles. + **Compliance Training:** Monitor and provide training on Hours of Service (HOS) and Electronic Logging Device (ELD) compliance. + **EHS Liaison:** Serve as the Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) liaison for accident management and reporting. + **Emissions Reporting:** Report on Greenhouse Gas (GHG) and CO2 emissions related to fleet operations. + **Additional Projects:** Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned by management. **Qualifications** + **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in fleet and asset management or a related field, with oil and gas industry experience required. + **Technical Knowledge:** Expertise in light-duty vehicles, fluid transport vehicles, and trailers. + **Regulatory Understanding:** Strong understanding of fleet-specific regulations, licensing, and safety requirements. **Skills and Abilities** + **Technical Aptitude:** Excellent technical skills with a strong understanding of digital analytics and financial comprehension. + **Problem-Solving:** Proven problem-solving skills with exceptional organizational abilities. + **Attention to Detail:** High attention to detail and accuracy. + **Collaboration:** Excellent collaboration, communication, and team-building skills. + **Training:** Ability to monitor and train employees on fleet-related compliance programs. + **Mobility:** Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally to various sites. **Why Join Us?** + **Dynamic Environment:** Work in a fast-paced, collaborative setting where your contributions make a real impact. + **Growth Opportunities:** Develop your skills and advance your career in the oil and gas industry. + **Innovative Projects:** Be part of cutting-edge fleet management and asset optimization initiatives.
