RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Graphic Designer will work within the communications team to create stunning visual content that communicates the luxury skincare brand's message, enhances its digital presence, and engages its audience across various digital platforms. This role is integral to maintaining the brand's high-end image while ensuring creative solutions for online marketing and digital assets.
Creative Concept Development:
Collaborate with the marketing, social media, and content teams to develop visually cohesive and on-brand creative concepts for digital communications. Brainstorm and create innovative visual solutions that align with campaigns, seasonal launches, product promotions, and overall brand aesthetics.Design & Visual Production:
Design digital assets such as social media graphics, website banners, email templates, online ads, and product imagery with a focus on luxury appeal. Ensure all designs maintain a high standard of quality and visual excellence that aligns with the brand’s premium positioning.Brand Consistency:
Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines, including color palettes, typography, logo usage, and imagery style, across all digital touchpoints. Maintain the visual tone and integrity of the luxury brand’s identity in every design element.Content Optimization:
Optimize digital visuals for various platforms, ensuring the design adapts well for web, mobile, social media, and other digital mediums. Stay updated on the latest design trends, software tools, and digital best practices to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of visual trends in the luxury skincare market.Retouching & Editing:
Edit and retouch high-quality images, product photography, and video stills to meet luxury standards, ensuring flawless and refined visuals.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field. Experience in graphic design, particularly in the beauty, fashion, or luxury sectors. Experience with digital design and e-commerce is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.). Strong knowledge of digital design formats, web/mobile design, and social media image optimization. Creative Skills: Exceptional ability to create visually stunning, on-brand, and luxury-oriented designs. Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail with an understanding of how design impacts the brand’s perception and customer experience. Trend Awareness: Deep understanding of design trends and the luxury skincare industry, and the ability to apply them creatively.
