Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Talent Acquisition programs, policies, and processes.
• Understanding of TA process, recruiting action items and business process in Workday (or replacement tool)
• Prepare, review audit all candidate contracts generated, along with any pre-onboarding/onboarding paperwork.
• Manage employee referrals program.
• Manage agency sourcing.
• Support offer / hire process if applicable for the country requirements or in special causes
• Use ServiceNow (or any other case management tool) to manage incoming requests and review/audit responses generated by the team.
• Monitor workload and performance targets.
• Provide data related to Supplier team’s performance and volumes to build HR service delivery dashboards.
• Address and solve any performance/ process issue across the area of responsibility.
• Coordinate activities aimed at estimating team’s workload and workforce needs.
• Participate in activities/initiatives pointed out by the upper Management.
• Overall, proactive team management and coaching
• Drive and support initiatives from quality area, leading improvements, providing trainings.
• Follow quality requirements act in compliance to local laws regulations


Qualifications we seek in you

• Any Graduate / Postgraduate
• Excellent soft skills to deal with the sensitive employee grievances or relations
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills in English
Preferred qualifications
• PGDBM / Relevant certification in HR will be preferred.
• Experience in Workday ServiceNow
• Green belt/ Lean Six sigma certified would be preferred.
• Relevant experience in North America HRO domain
• Excellent soft skills to deal with the sensitive employee grievances or relations.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills in English.
