Job Summary
Process Analyst will lead the definition, assessment, solutioning, and implementation of process improvement initiatives as part of a multi-year cross functional HR systems project. The position will work directly with HR teams and our HR Technology partners to map out future state processes, using process optimization skills (e.g. LEAN, SIX SIGMA, or similar). This highly visible role requires excellent internal customer service and facilitation skills.
Job Responsibilities:
• Works with functional leaders to gain an understanding of business requirements and act as an advisor for the HR Systems
• Transformation project.
• Supports the overall business improvement process to gather business requirements, prioritize functional needs, and work with
• peers and leaders in defining and facilitating the solutioning of opportunities.
• Facilitates development of cross-functional business solutions that combine the knowledge of particular business processes and
• issues and process improvement facilitation techniques.
• Applies process mapping and facilitation techniques to document future state processes, future state procedures and tasks, and
• controls and risk management assumptions
Qualification:
• BA or BS degree, preferably with an emphasis in HR or business or equivalent professional work experience
Job Requirements:
• BA or BS degree, preferably with an emphasis in HR or business or equivalent professional work experience
• Process improvement and/or project management experience
• Detailed understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g. LEAN, SIX SIGMA, or similar) and project management
• disciplines (PMBok, or similar)
• Demonstrated experience in building and cultivating effective partnerships with a broad range of stakeholders from idea to delivery
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
