Job Summary
The Culture Engagement Analyst (G25) will analyze the continuous listening results by synthesizing insights with additional talent data to provide further analysis.

Job Responsibilities:
• Distributes and analyzes seasonal and YR continuous listening results
• Synthesizes continuous listening insights with additional talent data to draw insights
• Distributes ad-hoc surveys based on company initiatives
• Maintains Culture Engagement budget and dashboards
• Establishes engagement data governance

Knowledge and Skills
• Data-driven storytelling - Leverages data-driven people insights to deliver business and human resources strategic priorities to ensure alignment between employee experience and culture objectives and results.
• Data management, manipulation and dashboards
• Cross-functional partnerships and vendor management – Owns the partnership with various vendors.
• Operational efficiency
• Detail orientated - Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities
Qualification:
• High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Requirements:

• Experience in HR, customer service, or marketing
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
