Job Summary
Looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Recruiting team. This role will work specifically with our recruiting team that supports Corporate and Senior Leader hiring needs. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the interview process and ensuring its consistency and effectiveness. The role will require partnering with recruiters and other key stakeholders in the coordination of interviews and delivery of an excellent experience to candidates, hiring managers, and the rest of the hiring team. Also, as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will gain an understanding of corporate recruiting while providing support on a variety of administrative tasks. Job Responsibilities:
• Schedule all interviews between job candidates and interviewers. Coordinate additional interviews or meetings as part of the interview process
• Collaborate with the recruiter and hiring managers to deliver a great candidate experience throughout the process of scheduling interviews
• Prepare recruiting resources and documentation like candidates’ scorecards, resumes, or reports, and share them with the hiring team resources as needed before and after each interview
• Draft offer letters and set up new hires in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Support onboarding and candidate travel as needed, specifically related to purchase order and expense management
• Work on additional projects as necessary with a heavy focus on reporting, recruiting effectiveness, and excellent experience
Job Requirements:
• Experience coordinating meetings or interviews in a high-volume and fast-paced work environment. Experience supporting multiple team members at once
• Demonstrated success in multi-tasking with accuracy in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to deal with changing schedules and priorities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to build relationships and interact with all levels in the organization
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
• Ideally, previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and familiarity with recruitment work
