AM Business Development Analyst Last Updated Date: Mar 28, 2025 Location: CZ Company: Doosan Bobcat EMEA Job Information + Coordinate and prepare reports for routine business review + Improve/maintain/develop analysis reports which help stakeholdes to understand the meaning of their business area + Collaborate with IT team to systemize reports into the reporting tools + Support data analysis and contents preparation for AOP/LRP and strategic projects + Perform ad-hoc analysis and communicate results as required Role & Responsibility Generate routine Aftermarket business reports + Collect raw data and deliver routine analysis from raw dataset in each aftermarket function + Based on the analysis, liase across functions to clarify meaning of their business area + Ensure reports are prepared for the scheduled monthly/quarterly business review KPI: - on time preparation Develop, improve and systemize reports + Liaise with teams in AM/PS, understand their business needs and translate them into actionable data analysis and reports + • Collaboration with IT team to systemize reports into the business intelligence and/or reporting tools KPI - quality of reports - IT implementation Ad-hoc analysis supports for Aftermarket + Perform ad-hoc analysis and communicate results as required KPI: - quality of anlaysis - on time completion Support for AOP/LRP buiding and strategic project + Support data analysis and contents preparation for AOP/LRP and strategic projects KPI: - availability and quality of anlaysis Job Requirement Education & Qualification: + Mathematics / Statistics - Bachelors Degree (Allow Equivalent) + Computer science - Bachelors Degree (Allow Equivalent) + Business Administration - Bachelors Degree (Allow Equivalent) Knowledge & Skill (Job-related): + higly analytical + strong can-do attitude + excellent skills in Excel + good understanding of statistics + able to read the meaning of financial statements + knowledge of relational database structure + must be able to visualize and/or simplify complex raw data sets + having any programming and/or BI solution experience is an advantage Knowledge & Skill (General): + team player with strong leadership traits + oral and written English language required + other European language is a plus Experience:2-4 years Travel Standard:<10% Experience Description: + Previous experience working in data research, data analysis and reporting + Previous experience in Aftermarket organization is an advantage
