Responsibilities
Skills needed:
• Data entry, fast-paced and accurate
• Systems use- Ticketing systems, Google Suite Excel Plus more
• Be self-motivated to move through all tasks and responsibilities quickly throughout the day
• Problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Positive customer service tone, written and verbal
• Excellent written English skills

• Very organized and enjoys getting things done
• High level of discretion professionalism - confidential information such as SSN /
• bank details will be visible to this employee due to the onboarding process.
Support business in UKG Pro and HRIS activities, including:
• User Registration and Onboarding
o Input data into the HRIS system
o Track profiles through to completion - own the process
• Profile Updates
• Password Management
• Navigation assistance
• Continuous Support to the employee population
• Offboarding administration and communication steps
• Uploading and management of employee documents
• Research and support for HR leaders for employee data
• Prepare, manage, and update HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides)
• Maintain an efficient filing system and ensure that all confidential matters pertaining to HR Administration are kept confidential
• Prepare HR metrics and reports on a daily basis
o Leverage these reports to correct data in HRIS
o Follow up with specific employees if errors are found and require clarification
o Follow up with employees if data is missing, such as licenses
o Proactively find data errors or missing data and collect it from employees
• Provide first-level payroll, benefits, and HR assistance to all employees
o How to read a payslip
o How to correct a time puch
o How to find something in the system
o How to log into the medical insurance website etc.
• Ensure timely response to all stakeholder queries
• Drive continuous improvement across the HR process
• Coordinate with other functions such as Benefits, Payroll, legal and finance to set meetings and share information
• Proactively clean up data and find improvements, Especially when working hours do not overlap with the US

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
• Any Graduate
• Excellent soft skills to deal with the sensitive employee grievances or relations
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills in English

Preferred qualifications
• Relevant Experience
