Responsibilities
• Data-centric – quantitative, analytical skills and PC proficiency (Excel)
• Perform data analytics using tools (excel/VBA/access)
• Must have good hands on skills in excel functions, data bases, pivot tables and power-point
• Problem Solving Approach – including logical attitude
• Good number crunching skills, remember current vs prior numbers and charts.
• Prepare charts, slides as per client’s requests using Master Data.
• Interacting with various business teams to understand the project requirements and process bottlenecks
• Individual Performer – Ability to prioritize and deliver
• Ability to be learn and apply new processes and tools
• Change Orientation – Ability to adapt to changes quickly
• Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
• Organized person with attention to details, able to work simultaneously on different tasks
• Proactive and ability to work both independently and as part of the team
Qualifications

• Problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience in SQL, BI, Excel, VBA
• Industry experience: Preferably Insurance or Healthcare
