Responsibilities + Knowledge of fine dining service. + Must have full familiarity with menus. + Must have full knowledge of beverage offerings. + Station set-up and breakdown/side-work. + To polish and clean glass and silver wares. + Perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager. + To have dollies’ underliners ready. + To fold various napkins for service + Service to guests. + Be pleasant, smile and greet all guests, using surnames when obtained. + Clean and maintain restaurant. + Knowledge of Micros Computer System + Help other associates whenever possible and maintain a dedication towards teamwork. Qualifications + High school diploma or equivalent + Prior hospitality experience preferred. + Must have excellent interpersonal skills. + Must provide excellent service to internal and external customers. + Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. + Must be available to work in the morning. + Seasonal, full time, and part time positions available.
