Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
This role is responsible to contribute to India net sales and business objectives through creating consumer experience more engaging and effective by supporting training content development & delivery for the store teams in the market with additional focus on Franchise.
Key Responsibilities:
Functional:
Creation of local seasonal product learning content with reference to global and EM toolkits and training materials Delivery of seasonal product learning content to the retail teams and driving further implementation with additional focus on Franchise Conduct Train the Trainers for product learning and support TTT as conducted by Global or Market teams Create engagement opportunities for the market and adopt best practices from the clusters to upskill the retail & franchise teams. Drive engagement on seasonal learning platform (Atticus) with additional focus on Franchise Drive engagement on digital learning platform (AREA) with additional focus on Franchise Drive use of digital training recording and measurement tools within the trainer group Promote a culture of on-floor learning within the market by providing tools for strengthening existing District Trainer and In-store Trainer resources with additional focus on Franchise Execution support of Global Sales Academy programs as per defined training go to market plan along with the hub team Monitoring and supporting the execution of market led programs and events along with India Sales Academy lead Use blended learning methodology to maximize on training resources and tools Use qualitative and quantitative methods, as well as established tracking systems/tools to evaluate training effectiveness. Create training measurement dashboard and reporting mechanism. Report and feed into market and global teams on needs, engagement, delivery and outcome as applicableKey Relationships:

Business acumen Content development and instructional design Program delivery skills Train the Trainer, training delivery & facilitation skills Good IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Fluency in English and local language Good numeracy, literacy, verbal and written communication skills Geographical mobilityRequisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Functional: 2-4 years of training experience with overall 5 years of work experience (can be inclusive of sales and/or operations) ideally with direct consumer selling focus Industry: ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG Exposure: Sports, Marketing, Account Marketing Graduate with specialized certifications Qualification in Training & Development preferred
