Overview of the job
The Cyber Security Manager for the Asia Pacific region (AMA East) is responsible for leading and representing the region in all areas relating to Cyber Security. That includes standards and policies to deliver exceptional results to protect the P&G company and its employees from security threats. This is a high-priority role.
Work with P&G and external partners to develop best practices to keep them secure. They own all the elements of P&G’s Cyber Security program for the region. This includes capability building at the included sites and central organizations, deploying and delivering the Cyber Security Active Defense plan, and representing your region in the Global team.

This role reports to AMA Enterprise Market, CP&R and W/H planning, Director and works with Market SMO, Reginal/Global cyber security, ITOT Leader.

Responsibilities of the role
The Cybersecurity Leader will have numerous tasks for which they are responsible for ensuring the execution and completion.
This is not a comprehensive list, as objectives and priorities at a site may further dictate what tasks a Cybersecurity Leader may perform.
Cybersecurity Incident Response – if an incident occurs, help drive the remediation and protect P&G
Build Cyber Security Capability – both internal and with our external partners
Compliance with included computer systems and applications
Improve via Self-assessments
Plan the Cyber Security Budget requirements
Manage Access Control – do our external partners securely connect to the P&G systems
Manage System Lifecycle
Vulnerability & Risk Mitigation
Policy & Standards Compliance & documentation
Physical & Personnel Security
Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Planning
Job Qualifications
Role Requirements
Bachelor/or Master level in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Security.
1 to 3 years of demonstrated experience in the below fields is a plus
Must have proven success from school or work experience of strong leadership. Have strong analytical thinking and skills
Curious individuals can make complex decisions using all the available data but comfortable enough to use their gut feeling and instinct when these are missing.
Proficient in English and Thai
