Amazon Advertising operates at the intersection of advertising and ecommerce and offers advertisers a rich array of innovative advertising solutions across Amazon’s mobile and desktop websites. We believe that advertising, when done well, can enhance the customer experience and generate a positive return on investment for our advertising partners. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our talented, diverse & international marketing team to help scale our growing Advertising support program for our SMB (Small-medium business). As an Ads consultant you are passionate about the range of Amazon products available to our advertisers, understanding business drivers for performance, drive adoption of HVA (high value actions), and engaging with advertisers to deliver on these.
You play a key role on the Ads consultant team, growing the business by being the customer expert, developing audience and optimization recommendations. You possess strong analytical ability, and will develop deep expertise in Amazon’s products and proprietary metrics to build winning campaigns and optimizing performance to derive insights and meet our advertisers’ needs. You also thrive in ambiguous situations, with exemplary stakeholder management and communication skills, helping you work across global locations.
Key job responsibilities
* Be an expert on Amazon Ads solutions and adapt recommendations based on advertiser needs
* In-depth data analysis to develop actionable insights and recommendations for campaigns
* Serves as main Ads point of contact for Advertisers and act as an enabler to their sales & marketing initiatives via 1:1 outreach program
* Identify opportunities to improve designed Amazon product based on customer feedback, data analysis, and feature gaps with competitive products
Basic Qualifications
- Experience with Excel
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- 2+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts
- Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS Platforms
- Fluency in English and any of the mentioned additional language (in respect to writing, reading, speaking and communication) - Arabic, French, Italian, Japenese, Chinese, German, Spanish
