Finance Amazon AR Specialist who takes care of all AR related topics to ensure flawless operational processes with Amazon including dispute management

Job Description:

Act as the finance contact for all Amazon-related transactionsCreate credit notes and clear customer accounts receivableRaise dispute cases in Amazon Vendor Central and work to resolve/follow up them in a timely mannerCreate new customers in SAP/FI and update price changes as necessaryCreate accruals for sales rebates and perform complex reconciliationsContinuously improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency

Pre-requisite:

At least 2 years of professional experience in Amazon Dispute ManagementAccounting experience preferredStrong analytical skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervisionAdvanced Excel knowledge and experience with SAP/FI are preferredSelf-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethicExcellent communication skills in English, both written and verbalAbility to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentA team player who is able to collaborate effectively with colleagues
