A successful manager joining the team will do much more than run sprints and send emails. You will work with Amazon's largest and most demanding customers to address specific needs across a full suite of services. You will lead your team in diving deep into technical issues and work diligently to drive innovation that improves the customer experience. We are seeking a highly motivated hands-on manager who is focused on building their team and delighting their customers. You will need to define your team's vision, motivate them to innovate and deliver results, and manage your roadmap and stakeholders. You will be expected to not just "complete the next deliverable", but think big about how to improve the things your team is responsible for.
This position requires that the candidate selected must currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance. The position further requires that, after start, the selected candidate obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph or commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform AWS work.

We work normal business hours Monday through Friday at the downtown Denver office. We spend most of our time building and operating AWS database services for external customers. We focus on operational excellence and are always looking for new ways to be a better team.
