**Amazon Ecommerce Manager, Personal Health (Stamford, CT)** This role is responsible to bring to life a tailor-made Philips Amazon strategy & plan for the Personal Health US business to achieve our vision and goals. By working closely with our Regional Business Unit, MarComm, Amazon Sales and Agency team, this role is responsible for creating a successful Amazon ecosystem strategy, media plan & to oversee implementation of our plans & content to achieve a best-in-class consumer experience. **Your role:** + Translate business briefs into an Activation brief and work closely with our agency and partners to bring to life a robust full year Amazon media plan & needs within the ecosystem to grow our category, build Brand Strength and improve consumer purchase intent. + Plays a pivot role in coordinating and articulating the work between cross-function teams, including but not limited to, Marcomm, external agencies, owned properties, consumer and shopper insights team, Sales & Marketing teams and our Global Marketing and Sales center of Excellence. + Lead internal /external stakeholders to create and implementation of the Personal Health US Amazon 360 plan (inclusive of paid & organic impact). + Owns translating business briefs into activation briefs for Amazon and guides the development of media strategy; delivering media plans & targets that are in line with overall business and sales objectives (inclusive of high-velocity events) + Oversees execution of all media plans for Amazon & performance manages media plans against business and sales objectives inclusive of translating finalized media plans into sales volume impact and/or forecast + Oversees all content needs for Amazon activation (owned and paid content) + Uses data & insights to influence current amazon strategy & plans inclusive of Amazon Market Share, Share of Voice and Sales objectives. + Delivers robust & clear presentations to Senior stakeholders on the performance of Amazon ecosystem **You're the right fit if:** + You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in areas such as Digital Merchandising, Online Content Strategy with Amazon media as a mandatory and preferably has experience across CPG. + Your skills include an excellent understanding of Amazon ecosystem and how to create demand generation while delivering on sales targets. Experience with both US and CA markets is a plus.​ + You have a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce Management or equivalent. (No prior experience needed with a Master’s Degree) + You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. + You’re digitally savvy (media trends, Influencers, test & learn mindset (Amazon mandatory). In addition, you have a proven record of media activation plans and results on Amazon. + Data driven mindset and demonstrates the ability and agility to act on complex set of data points to optimize for business objectives. + Excellent understanding of media full funnel activation, metrics and impact of plans in different phases into overall brand strength. Agility to pivot quickly, when necessary, based on new data sets. + Ability to influence and build strong working relationships. + Ability to work at a fast pace with agility. + Excellent presentation and communication skills **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
