The Amazon Retail Platform Administrator is responsible for leading and executing critical tasks related to item/catalog maintenance and order quality on the Amazon Customer Team. This individual works closely with the P&G Amazon Product Supply and Commercial team, as well as interface with key resources in the End-to-End network relating to initiatives and day to day business operation. The role Supports multiple categories across the enterprise and requires close collaboration with internal and external Product Supply and Commercial partners. The Platform Administrator will be responsible for compiling and drawing insights from data. Tasks may include gathering, recording, detecting patterns and insights from, reporting, and developing solutions based on data within their domain.

Applicant can expect to grow in all aspects of the position and take on new responsibilities as the need or desire arises. Applicant should expect to develop category and customer team knowledge. Individual capability plan will be based on personal desires/strengths and office/organizational needs.

Platform Administrator will act as working partner with external partners on new items/conversions. The Platform Administrator will also own escalations to growth analysts and commercial leaders as needed.

The Platform Administrator will work against multiple deadlines and critical path schedules related to initiatives and conversions. Responsible for validation of item attributes being correct and live at launch.

Job Qualifications

Education:Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education, however, a two or four-year college degree or equivalent administrative experience is helpful.

Requirements (skills/experiences) for the role:3-5 years of experience.Expertise in Microsoft Office programs.Prior experience in PowerBI is helpful but not required.Leads meetings and communicates effectively to a multi-function team (oral and written).Attention to detail, comfort with data, and access to supporting Amazon/P&G systems will be critical to the success of the role.Must have strong organizational skills and demonstrate the ability to work independently, is accountable, plans and follows through.Problem solving skills. Identifying root cause of pricing/ordering defects and working solutions with growth analysts across a variety of item set up areas will be a core responsibility.

Starting Pay / Salary Range

$77,900.00 - $111,300.00 / year
