JOB SUMMARY:
Assist in the execution of Events and Promotions at Caesars Entertainment properties in Las Vegas. Work closely with the Special Events team and Caesars Rewards team to entice guests to become or remain loyal members of the Caesars Rewards program.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Participate in running promotional events to promote the Caesars Rewards program.
Engage guests in a professional and courteous manner on the casino floor. Identify new members in order to help create new Caesars Rewards accounts and promote Caesars Rewards related promotions.
Maintains integrity of database by following high standards of data entry.
Ensures the protection of customer’s rewards and personal information.
Promotes all Vegas properties while interacting with casino guests.
Meets attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous retail, sales, customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
A proven ability to provide courteous, friendly and efficient service to guests.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills are required.
Computer experience and knowledge of Windows based programs required.
Must have a wide range of weekly availability including weekends and holidays.
Must be at least 21 years of age and be able to obtain a Gaming Sheriff’s card.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must present a well-groomed appearance.
