AMBULATORY CLINICAL COORDINATOR

Summary

Summary: Provides safe, age-appropriate patient care, and functions as advisor, resource, preceptor and leader for other members of the patient care team. Works under the supervision of the Cardiovascular Associates Leader   Demonstrates clinical expertise in selected patient populations and role models clinical practice standards and mentors staff. Assess patient clinical condition and diagnostic information continuously to recognize implications of abnormal diagnostic results, to identify problems typically associated with a diagnosis or treatment, etc. ; reports pertinent information to appropriate personnel for further direction. Monitors assigned patients and, based on observed data and signs, identify actual and potential problems and developing trends. Evaluates and priorities diagnostic. Utilizes critical thinking, and problem solving skills in coordinating patient care activities, patient/family/significant other teaching.

 

Requirements:

5 - 7 years of Experience **

American Heart Association Basic Life Support Certification
