Summary

Summary: Manages all aspects of clinical care coordination to deliver optimal patient care and achieve strategic goals. Provides administrative management and clinical operational direction, as applicable, to advance practice providers (APP) in collaboration with Director and lead-APP, nurse coordinators and other medical group clinical personnel (e. g. , Lead Medical Assistant, Medical Assistant, etc.). Coordinates daily clinical operations and supports on-going problem resolution. As applies to the particular department, is responsible for implementing all aspects of the hospital utilization management plan in collaboration with administration, medical/surgical staff, and other health care team members. Establishes tools, processes, and systems to optimize department effectiveness and meet strategic goals.     Requirements: Active Registered Nurse License - Current MD License or eligibility to obtain American Heart Association Basic Life Support Certificate Associate's Degree in Nursing
