We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our product team and contribute to delivering outstanding digital experiences. This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about product management, eager to learn, and ready to play a key role in developing and executing product strategies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to help shape and enhance our digital product.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Product Support: Assist in managing product roadmaps, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of features.
• User & Market Research: Gather insights from user feedback, competitor analysis, and market trends to inform product decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of product initiatives.
• Backlog Management: Help maintain and organize the product backlog, ensuring that tickets are well-defined and prioritized.
• Data & Analytics: Monitor product performance using analytics tools and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and updates for stakeholders on product progress and key findings.
• Agile Process Participation: Take part in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to support Agile product development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Education: Master's degree in business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role (internships or project experience are a plus).
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of software development processes, UX/UI principles, and digital technologies.
• Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with data and analytics tools to track product performance.
• Communication & Organization: Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Agile Familiarity: Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum) and tools like JIRA.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Prior experience in digital products, SaaS, or e-commerce.
• Familiarity with product management tools like Figma, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics.
• Interest in user experience (UX) and design thinking principles.
