Key Responsibilities
This role requires both strategic thinking, project management, and tactical execution in delivering an over-arching strategy and playbook for AI driven mfg. solutions across all business segments.
The individual should be comfortable with ambiguity, working with cross-functional teams globally, working independently, breaking down barriers, influencing strategies, mobilizing change, and driving projects to completion. In addition, having the ability to triangulate engineering and process specs, quality and mfg. requirements, and various data streams will be required in developing an effective wing to wing enterprise AI framework (i.e. playbook) that is accepted and sustainable across all segments.
Some focus areas include the delivery and rollout of the AI Automated Visual Inspection platform across our PDx business along with working co-jointly with the central AME global test teams in delivering the standard building blocks that become part of the overall playbook.

Key responsibilities/essential functions include:
Evaluate, create, and deliver an over-arching AI business strategy (i.e. playbook) for developing, implementing, validating, and building out a sustainable framework for AI across Manufacturing. Working horizontally across the business within the different segments and AME teams to define and develop the framework, how to roll it out, making it sustainable (i.e. serviceability) driving acceptance and standards in gathering and defining specs (requirements), translating specs into accurate and repeatable CTQ’s, and then driving standards with QA around validation and deployment.Project management of AVIS (Automated Visual Inspection System) for our PDx business.Working with central AME test teams and engineering on standardized AI modularized solutions and platforms, driving commonality between products for plug and play, delivering standard building blocks that fit into the broader enterprise AI architecture. Example: MR vs CT image input formats.Working with engineering teams on current and future NPI’s on standard data/image formats, enabling consumption and flow thru AI models, and flowing down requirements to the experts, driving usability and sustainable tools for mfg.Driving the overall strategy of implementation and forming a strong partnership with QA.Leverage experience in manufacturing and QA to lead efforts as needed in building out the AI framework. i.e. process flow diagrams, quality plans, root cause analysis, FMEA’s…Work with cross-functional teams to understand the CTQ’s to help drive and deliver platformed AI technology driven solutions across our business.This role will require you to have excellent organizational, personal and communication skills, as you will project manage larger initiatives and efforts in delivering impactful outcomes.Partner with plant leaders to continually fill, manage, and prioritize the Plant Modernization global project funnel.Coordinate and assemble project management plans, running reviews, driving op-mechs, managing resources, budgets, schedules, VOC concerns, and other activities.Quality Specific Goals:
Knowledge of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.Knowledge and understanding of document control, design transfer, verification, validation, acceptance activity, DMR, DHR and electronic signature requirements to ensure that product, equipment, tools, processes, software, training and documentation meet requirements.Required Qualifications:
B.S. Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management.2+ years of combined experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality.1+ years in technical project and/or program management.Strong oral and written communications.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems.Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.Preferred Qualifications:
6-Sigma DMAIC or DFSS certifiedStrong working knowledge of GEHC’s SII and financial planning processes.
