AME Technical Rotational Program

Main Responsabilities

The Technical Rotational AME will be responsible to work closely with the plant operations teams to determine and document best business practices and core manufacturing processes. The Emerging Talent AME will be expected to learn and eventually leadthe application of BBP's, SES's, and CMP's within North American operations. The EmergingTalent AME will be expected to have some maintenance / troubleshooting experience and background within injection molding. The EDP AME should understand the injection molding process and the equipmentused in that process. The Technical Rotational AME will be expected to be very hands on and will work with the plants to improve equipment related issues that are related to plant performance. They will be required to learn and prove they can evaluate equipment, make recommendations for improvement, and when applicable execute their own recommendations. The Technical Rotational AME will be responsible to learn and demonstrate how to quote and launch new injection molding, assembly, and/or special process equipment within North America. The Technical Rotational AME will be expected to learn and demonstrate how to help specify, purchase, and standard equipment. The Technical Rotational AME will need to work with the plants to identify capital improvement opportunities and develop justification. When applicable the Engineer will need to write anappropriations request, follow the request through the approval process, and help the plant implement. Understanding basic scientific molding principles along with the understanding of eDART and its related equipment is highly desirable. The Technical Rotational AME will have should have some experience with robotic part handling systems and the related maintenance that is required for optimal performance. The Engineer will be required to learn and demonstrate robot optimization through hands on programming. TheTechnical Rotational AME should have experience withMicrosoft Excel and AutoCAD.

Requirements.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / or Plastics Engineering - or equivalent degree.
