We are seeking a collaborative and tenacious Partner Marketing Manager to drive Americas partner marketing strategy and program execution while strengthening our relationships with all partners in Americas. You will be responsible for developing and executing co-marketing initiatives, demand generation programs, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies that accelerate joint pipeline growth and revenue through and with our partners.
Your Impact
Partner Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute a comprehensive partner marketing strategy that aligns with Anaplan’s business objectives. Collaborate with global system integrators (GSIs), technology partners, and strategic alliances to create co-branded marketing campaigns and content. Drive joint value propositions, ensuring partners understand and effectively communicate Anaplan’s market differentiation. Optimize the go-to-market strategy, ensuring seamless integration between Anaplan’s direct sales teams and partner-led initiatives. Project manager and leader of the global partner approach to yearly Anaplan Kickoff and Anaplan Connect packages to encourage partners to participate in marketing activities.Demand Generation & Campaigns
Design and implement joint demand generation programs that increase lead acquisition, pipeline acceleration, and customer expansion. Oversee co-marketing funds (MDF) allocation, ensuring partners maximize their marketing impact and ROI. Develop high-impact partner events, webinars, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives to drive engagement and sales pipeline. Leverage digital marketing, paid media, and content marketing to amplify partner-led campaigns.Partner Enablement & Relationship Management
Work closely with partner sales teams to enhance alignment and execution of joint marketing initiatives. Establish metrics and KPIs to track the performance of partner marketing programs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders (partner alliances, partner operations, and field marketing) to ensure seamless execution of partner-driven opportunities. Establish a communication cadence with Americas partners to ensure they are aware of marketing opportunities Support and maintain accurate marketing materials in the global partner portalYour Qualifications
5+ years of experience in B2B partner marketing, alliances, or channel marketing, preferably in enterprise SaaS or software. Proven track record of executing partner-led demand generation programs that drive measurable business impact. Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, joint value propositions, and partner sales motions. Experience working with global system integrators (GSIs), cloud providers (AWS, Microsoft, Google), or technology alliances. Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to think strategically while executing with precision in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Strong analytical mindset with experience in marketing analytics, ROI measurement, and reporting.
