Provides leadership and oversight to the Services Support group. Ensures consistent delivery of qualified, effective and efficient technical support and services as well as the provision of detailed product and solution training and education to DN Service customer support staff (e.g. technicians, technical support etc.). Provides guidance on current processes and products, directing process improvements and ensuring consistent delivery of quality solutions for customers. Contributes to or leads assigned technical or strategic initiatives to help drive the overall growth, customer satisfaction, service delivery consistency and quality as well as stability of the portfolio of customer solutions.
