Finance Business Partner for the Americas Region Sourcing team (WE Category directors based in ZRH & CEE VP Sourcing) supervising the Financial analysis for the sourcing department, co-leading from Financial aspect the Regional Sourcing P&L and B/S decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
+ Business partner for the Americas Region Sourcing team (North America, South America) serving VP Sourcing, Americas.
+ Manage Regional P&L, B/S, & Cash flow reporting, detect risk & opportunities, and provide insights and develop strategic initiatives to drive action plan to close gaps.
+ Evaluate new sourcing strategies, develop business cases to support initiatives, & prepare investment proposals.
+ Develop, implement, and oversee finance capabilities by designing finance process and reports to be used to drive performance and guide tactics of all business partners.
+ Deploy the re-engineered processes, capabilities and re-architected finance systems to measure performance vs targets and support enhancement of FP&A activities.
+ Aid in development of regional working capital strategies in close collaboration with Accounting & Treasury
+ Co-lead standardization and digitalization within the Global Sourcing Finance Team
+ Lead the regional Sourcing Team through Strategic Plan, Budget & Forecasting cycle preparation and presentation
+ Collaborate, cross functionally, in a matrix organization with Pricing, Sales and sourcing to steer margin decisions
+ Review and manage the development and timely submission of all reported KPIs for Regional Sourcing lead and related presentations (i.e. Internal quarterly reviews, monthly regional reviews)
+ Manage Third party Trading Business results recognition and design related financial controls and analysis
+ Drive controls and review financial process over supplier usage (counterparty risk & diversification), monitor risk single source suppliers
+ Review finance process to safeguard processes and procedures within Sourcing (Internal Control)
+ Manage resources and influence in matrix organization, manage processes via GBS based resources
+ Travel 10%
About you:
+ Higher education: Bachelor in Finance / Controlling / Economics or Business Administration, Master degree considered a plus
+ 10+ Years of applicable Finance / Controlling experience preferably developed in a Food processing environment. Experience with controlling, risk management incl. commodities / derivatives management considered a plus.
+ Outstanding Presentation skills, ability to influence / strong collaboration skills in Matrix organization
+ Organizational agility
+ Accuracy and an analytical mindset is key for this position
+ High analytical skills supported by very strong capabilities in MS Office & SAP R/3, Microsoft Power BI
+ Very strong oral and written skills in English
