Role Summary:
Role in the AML Compliance team of the Legal & Compliance of the Company to provide a unique opportunity to the successful candidate to provide support relating to Japan AML/ATF Compliance, external and internal AML/ATF audits and any ad-hoc project, including but not limited to below;
Liaising with Regional Compliance, local Business and Operations. Acting as Subject Matter Expert for AML providing daily AML advisory to Business and Operations.
Acting as the local AML training coordinator for various onboarding/mandatory AML training rolled out for staff and agency. Lead or Support internal QA, Self – Assessment, internal audit and regulator inspections.
Provide advisory, act as contact point internally and externally and ensure timely execution and implementation.
Support record retention for the AML Compliance team.
Review, and keep up to date internal AML policies and procedures in line with internal/regional/global practices/guidance and regulatory requirements.
Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Head of AML Compliance.
