AML Officer
Description Summary: The Segment Risk Officer (SRO) generally reports directly to the business segment executive (dotted-line reporting relationship to the CRO) and is the senior risk advisor to segment executives. The SRO is responsible for, among other things, administering risk management throughout the segment, deploying corporate risk objectives, elevating important risk issues to the business segment management, identifying issues that may adversely affect Huntington if not appropriately addressed, and for ensuring coordinated remedial action. Duties and Responsibilities: + Identifying, measuring, monitoring, controlling, and reporting material risks. + Continuous monitoring and ongoing assessments and enhancement including incentive compensation. + Line of business priorities and engagement  Participating in strategic planning risk assessments. + Participating in talent management. + To ensure consistency across segments, each SRO is a member of the Risk Council and participates in a variety of management level committees or working groups to provide business segment input. + Perform other duties as assigned. Compensation Range: $125,000 - $250,000 Annual Salary The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position.
