We are hiring for a NH3 tech to help produce biscuits, hotcakes, and McGriddles at our Louisville, KY facility. You will report to the facilities manager.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/QUALIFICATIONS:

Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on Utility Equipment to increase overall effectiveness.Prepare documentation (e.g. records of refrigerants, paperwork, logs, time and materials, specifications, etc.) for providing written support in compliance with regulations or conveying informationComplete required documentation and logs regarding equipment operation, run hours, temperatures and pressures associated with Boilers and Compressors (Ammonia and Air).Service, repair and rebuild valves and pumps.Monitor and document condition room temperatures.Operate and monitor the Hot Water Heater making pressure adjustments as necessary.Monitor department emails and notify those on shift of active alarms or faults.Comply with all current and future Safety, HACCP, GMP and Food Safety Procedures.Comply with all PSM/RMP regulationsParticipate and maintain Process Safety Management Program.Coordinate work with outside contractorsHelp perform major and minor repairs on Utility Equipment (Boilers, Ammonia Refrigeration, HVAC, Air Compressors, Fire Retention Systems and Cooling Towers).Participate on the PSM/Safety PillarOther duties

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Education or equivalentNeed 2 years experience in utilities with an emphasis in HVAC/R, Controls or Electrical. Can pass RETA CARO exam within 90-days.2-4 years in NH3 with RETA CARO Certification - Ideal.Will perform all job functions safely.
