Performs a variety of conventional ammunitions staff logistics actions involving analysis of information from relevant data sources to determine accuracy, relevancy and applicability to the functions to support the War Plans & Strategy Division. Applies knowledge of Department of Defense and Department of the Army ammunition logistical concepts, doctrines, policies, and procedures in support of ammunition readiness for the Army. Directly responsible for responding to requests on logistics issues related to conventional munitions supply, maintenance, demilitarization, mobilization, funding, catalog management, serialization, and training ammunition management. Performs munitions logistics functions that include inventory, storage, stock control, maintenance, requirements determination and allocations. Provides ammunition team members with general and technical support in development of reports, presentations, publication's review, verification of data and other ammunition reporting requirements. Performs analysis, data review and input for DOD ammunition supply chain management data using Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), National Level Ammunition Capability (NLAC), Munitions History Program (MHP), Army Enterprise System Integration Program (AESIP), Web Federal Logistics Information System (WEBFLIS), Federal Logistics (FEDLOG) and other data programs applicable to conventional ammunition management and readiness. Performs analysis, updates, data review, input and management actions in the Total Ammunition Management Information System (TAMIS). Determine and implement authorization documents to include the calculation of requirements using DA PAM 350-38, Standards in Training Commission (STRAC) and its corresponding processes into the TAMIS system. Creates, monitors, reviews, and tracks taskers in the Tasker Management Tool system. Assists in development and support of designated conventional ammunition initiatives. Assists in coordination, organization, and participation of command briefings and work sessions between HQ AMC and subordinate commands and in General Officer\/Senior Executive Service Level update briefings to develop input to after action reports and meeting minutes.\n

Minimum Clearance Requirement: Secret\n

Education\/Experience: The ideal candidate will have a MA\/MS in the related field with fifteen years experience. MA\/MS can be substituted for 25+ related military experience.
