Partner with the best

The AMO Technician will ​Test, assemble, disassemble and perform visual inspection of electro-mechanical assemblies.  Assist in reworking, repairing and modifying non-conforming equipment.  Compliance with HS&E policies and procedures.

As an AMO Electro-Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for:

Complying with HS&E policies and procedures.Performing Electro-mechanical assembly, maintenance, and overhaul on Drilling service equipment.Working to pre-defined procedures in line with established work practices and quality standards.Assisting in incident investigations, troubleshooting, and diagnosing equipment issues.Assisting in the enhancement of maintenance processes, documentation, and quality.Maintaining equipment records and filing systems as part of quality control and assurance programs.Understanding and knowledge of various industrial sectors such as fishing tools, wellbore intervention, liners, and completions (hydraulic mechanical based background).

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a high school technical diploma or equivalent qualification in a electro-mechanical field or relevant experience.Have English and Norwegian language skills.Have relevant industry experience (oilfield, automotive, machinery) with excellent electro-mechanical aptitudeBe a current passport holder, this will be required for travel requirementsBe able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical Be proficient in reading and interpreting maintenance documents, drawings, parts lists and following formal procedures.Be able to demonstrate basic computer skills.
