Expectations:

General upkeep of the platform. Adding/removing network devices. Adding/removing LM agent on cloud resources. Tuning alert thresholds. Ensuring cloud connectivity. Ensuring monitoring of Citrix assets, etc. Interfacing with LM support as needed for resolutions. Taking daily or weekly requests from our Ascend network team, as well as the customer, around these items.
