AMR Coordinator
**Education:** Some college or technical school training with emphasis in business courses preferred. Athena Clinical experience preferred. **Experience:** At least two years experience in physician office, clinic or medically related environment. Knowledge of ambulatory medical records as well as physician documentation and coding requirements. Excellent communication skills required. Must possess strong organizational and leadership skills. Knowledge of physician office processes. Advanced oral and written skills. Ability to diffuse problems and implement solutions. Proficient in computer software programs. Must be able to relate effectively with physicians and office staff. Able to function effectively in stressful encounters with physicians, patients and office staff. Requires flexibility, creativity and motivational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
