Location: Virtual (AFTER TRAINING. TRAINING IS IN PERSON) but must be commutable to Tampa, FL. TRAINING WILL BE IN THE TAMPA OFFICE FOR A MINIMUM OF 7 WEEKS ALL EMPLOYEES ARE REQUIRED TO COME INTO THE OFFICE ONCE A MONTH AFTER TRAINING. Key Responsibilities: * Handle, review, and administer Family & Medical Leave Act standalone (as well as other leave) claims and adhere to federal and state regulatory and/or company plan requirements and established FMLA workflow procedures and evaluate against appropriate leave plans and make initial claim decisions. * Complete eligibility decisions during intake call, gather pertinent data when necessary, from employee or other supporting systems as well as perform leave follow-ups as required, including recertification of health condition, intermittent claim tracking, RTW confirmation, etc. * Update systems to accurately reflect leave status and ensure appropriate diary documentation exists.
