Buscamos um profissional com sólida experiência em contas a pagar, com foco em processamento de faturas, reconciliação de contas, resolução de discrepâncias de pagamento e gerenciamento do ciclo procure-to-pay (P2P). **Responsabilidades:** + Processamento de faturas e pagamentos a fornecedores. + Verificação e reconciliação de contas a pagar. + Resolução de discrepâncias de pagamento. + Gerenciamento do ciclo procure-to-pay (P2P). + Manutenção de registros financeiros precisos. + Coordenação com fornecedores e equipes internas para questões relacionadas a pagamentos. + Garantir a preparação oportuna de todos os relatórios estatutários. + Apoiar a implementação da estratégia de sistemas financeiros dentro da estrutura da equipe global de sistemas financeiros. + Executar e monitorar a conformidade dos controles SOX, bem como garantir a adesão às políticas e procedimentos financeiros. + Tornar-se o elo entre a equipe de contas a pagar offshore e as equipes locais de compras/negócios na resolução de questões complexas de procure-to-pay (P2P). + Realizar revisões regulares dos relatórios de indicadores-chave de desempenho (KPI) de P2P, incluindo o relatório de recebimento não faturado e o relatório de pedidos em aberto. + Revisar arquivos de pagamento antes da liberação no portal bancário. **Requisitos:** + Superior completo + Inglês avançado (gestora é de outro país) + Experiência comprovada em contas a pagar e contabilidade + Familiaridade com processos de conformidade SOX Category: Finance Iron Mountain is a global leader in storage and information management services trusted by more than 225,000 organizations in 60 countries.
