Este rol es crucial para mantener la eficiencia operativa y la satisfacción del cliente, gestionando incidentes, generando reportes sobre el funcionamiento de la operación y el estado de los sistemas de monitoreo, asegurando el cumplimiento de los SLAs, y coordinando a los equipos responsables. **What you'll be doing** **PRINCIPALES RESPONABILIDADES** + Seguimiento de las incidencias que se encuentran bajo el dominio del equipo de Ingeniería respectivo. + Controlar del cumplimiento de SLA's y/o OLA's. + Asegurar que el proceso de gestión de incidentes y requerimientos se siga de manera correcta. + Coordinar mesas resolutivas con equipos multidisciplinarios. + Realizar análisis posteriores al incidente (RCA) para implementar medidas de mejora continua. + Participar y liderar reuniones operativas para mostrar los resultados de la gestión de operaciones. + Preparar presentaciones técnicas/ejecutivas con el detalle de los KPIs del servicio. + Elaboración de reportes periódicos de incidentes, problemas y requerimientos. + Asegurar la calidad en la ejecución de los procesos bajo su gestión, no limitado tan solo a la gestión de incidentes. **REQUISITOS EXCLUYENTES** + Estudios técnicos y/o profesionales en áreas industriales, de gestión técnica o afines. + 3+ años de experiencia en roles similares. + Conocimiento de procesos ITIL. + Experiencia trabajando con clientes. **REQUISITOS DESEABLES** + Certificación ITIL + Manejo avanzado de Excel - Power BI + Conocimiento técnico en área de telecomunicaciones, nivel CCNA **Workplace type** **:** Hybrid Working **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
