The role We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as: Platform Analyst- Office365 / AD SoftwareOne Scope: Full-time | Office: Bogotá | Hybrid How a day to day would look like in this role: ITSM Tool Management: Coordinate and efficiently resolve incidents and requests, ensuring compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). O365 Platform Support: Provide proactive and reactive technical assistance to users on Microsoft Office 365, leading configurations, updates, and tackle. Management Report Generation: Build detailed periodic reports on service status, incidents, and requests to support strategic decision-making. Incident Management and Manufacturer Failure Reporting: Identify, classify, and resolve technical incidents, coordinating customer concern with manufacturers for sophisticated issue resolution and system improvements. Support level 1 for SharePoint Online and Exchange Online and Entra ID What we need to see from you Profile:Degree in Systems Engineering or related field with 2 years of experience as a platform administrator in office365 and active directory Required skills: Knowledge in Active Directory and Entra ID for Users, Groups and Computers Knowledge Office 365 Tenants, (Reports, Tickets Microsoft, Service Health, Licences) SharePoint and OneDrive Online, (Permissions, Configuring Sites, Info Restore, PowerShell) Exchange Online, (Management Recipients, Mail Flow, Retention Policy, Archiving, PowerShell, Tackle) Desired Skills: Microsoft Teams Exchange Online Protection Advance use of office tools Desired Certifications: MS-900, AZ-900, ITIL V-3 o 4 BENEFITS: Creative culture with lived what we value for an appreciative and supportive work environment.
