**Job Description** + Grant redemption, self-sponsorship, portability and proportional deferred benefit institutes, in addition to normal retirement and disability retirement, according to guidelines given by the plan regulations. + Grant changes to retirement benefit income, withdrawals, illness or serious illness and death pension, according to guidelines given by the plan regulations. + Offboarding of employees/participants, control of mandatory legal documents, updating data in systems. + In-person, telephone, email and Siebel support for active, linked and assisted plan participants. + Communicate regularly with participants, providing performance information, guidance and financial education to help participants make informed decisions about their contributions and benefits. + Use BI to review processes and methods, prepare dashboards, analyze data, statistics, and trends to optimize business performance. **Additional Job Description** **Habilidades & Competências:** + Graduação Completa em Administração, Matemática, Estatística, Ciências Atuariais, Economia, Engenharia ou áreas afins; + Inglês mínimo intermediário; + Pacote Office mínimo intermediário; + Capacidade de atuar em projetos e demandas em prazos apertados; + Capacidade de transitar por todos os níveis da organização, priorizar questões e resolvê-las; + Capacidade de equilibrar a execução de mais de uma tarefa ao mesmo tempo; + Capacidade analítica para criticar e propor melhorias em processos e procedimentos; + Trabalhar em equipe multidisciplinar e gestão de relacionamento, questionar o cenário atual de processos e controles quanto a oportunidades de melhorias; + Capacidade analítica para sintetizar e explicar problemas e apresentar propostas de soluções; + Conhecimento da rotina administrativa de entidades fechadas de previdência complementar plano. **Conhecimentos desejáveis:** + Legislação da Previdência Geral e Privada (Previc), Legislação tributária (imposto de renda, obrigações legais); + Entidades Fechadas de Previdência Complementar, Avaliação Atuarial, Folha de Pagamento, Atendimento ao Cliente, Comunicação e Business Intelligence; + Desejável certificação em administração de Entidades Fechadas de Previdência Complementar: ICSS - Administração; + Ferramentas: CAND - CAND - Cadastro Nacional de Dirigentes / SEI - SIstema Eletrônico de Informação / PREVIC / COAF - Conselho de Controle de Atividades Financeiras - / scafplus.net. **About GM** Our vision is a world with Zero Crashes, Zero Emissions and Zero Congestion and we embrace the responsibility to lead the change that will make our world better, safer and more equitable for all. **Why Join Us** We aspire to be the most inclusive company in the world.
