Consults with and advises organizational leaders, People Solutions team members and employees on employee relations and related issues within an assigned client group or groups. Supports and / or leads the company's response to challenging and sensitive employee relations matters that may include development and execution of comprehensive employee strategies to minimize third-party intervention. Investigates various employee-related issues and complaints, including discrimination and harassment, ensuring issues are addressed and resolved as required by legal and company requirements. Serves as an interface and liaison with other People Solutions groups (including Benefits, Compensation, Learning & Development, Mobility and Talent Acquisition) as well as the Legal organization. Ensures compliance with corporate policies, government regulations and statutory requirements.
