If so, let's start the conversation. **Analista de SDR (inside sales) – Júnior** Será responsável por prospectar novos clientes por meio de ligações, disparos de e-mails, social media (LinkedIn), WhatsApp e outras ferramentas. Seu objetivo é o de qualificar as possíveis demandas da sua carteira de prospects e de novos leads e conectá-los com um ISR para dar sequência às etapas comerciais. Em outras palavras, você será responsável por alimentar o funil de vendas da Iron Mountain com novas oportunidades de negócios diariamente. **RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPAIS** 1. Responsável por se relacionar com o cliente, prospectar, e direcionar para possíveis negócios. 2. Responsável por atender prontamente o cliente, manter estreita colaboração com os clientes para determinar suas necessidades, responder às perguntas sobre nossos produtos e recomendar as soluções certas; 3. Conduzir o processo de qualificação dos leads e de enriquecimento dos mesmos desde o primeiro contato até o a negociação possuir informações para seguir com o vendedor. 4. Através de sua atividade, atingir as metas do departamento mensalmente, trimestralmente e anualmente; 5.
