That means you will ensure that facilities provided are well maintained, regulation/procedure are in place and implemented, hazards/aspects assessments are conducted, the accident both caused by unsafe acts and conditions are reduced and energy and waste are driven down.

How you will contribute

You will:

Assist and lead the cultural transformation regarding HSE to help lead plant to achieve Zero accidents and IncidentsBe responsible for coordinating and overseeing implementation of all Health & Safety programs and processesParticipate in investigations to facilitate closure of identified non-conformancesProvide Health and Safety expertise for the plant for all new projects and change management activitiesFollow up on non-conformances and develops the systems to resolve them based on root cause analysisMaintain an up-to-date incident reporting system, assist with investigating incidents in conjunction with the HSE Pillar team/safety committee and drive the completion of corrective actions to eliminate root causes/reoccurrenceDevelop technical guidance programs to identify and remove physical hazards`

Experience in Environmental Health and SafetyMust have completed Environmental Health and Safety training in areas such as OSHA, EPA, DNRECExperience in safety, and/or environmental technical standardsExcellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with individuals at all levelsUnderstanding and knowledge of regulatory reports and compliances including experience with ISO

Principais responsabilidades:

Implantação e monitoramento de sistemas de telemetria para frotas;Gestão de acidentes e incidentes nas frotas;Desenvolvimento e implantação de cultura de segurança, com foco em observação comportamental e identificação de riscos nos Centros de Distribuição Gestão de KPIs de segurança e elaboração de planos de ação corretivos;Investigação de acidentes e análise de causas raízes;Acompanhamento de auditorias internas e externas, garantindo o cumprimento de requisitos legais;Procedimentos para gestão de riscos críticos (pedestre, carga e descarga, entre outros);

 

Requisitos:

Experiência prévia em ambientes  HSE (Health, Safety and Environment).Experiência com Gestão de segurança viária - Transportes.Conhecimento de normas e legislações de Segurança do TrabalhoFormação em EngenhariaCurso Técnico em Segurança do TrabalhoHabilidades de resiliência, proatividade, organização, assiduidade, trabalho em equipe e comunicação.

Diferenciais:

Cursando especialização em Segurança do Trabalho;Disponibilidade para viagensExperiência com ferramentas como: SOCK, Sorje, Avistare, Enablon e Excel;Inglês intermediário
