Você será o ponto de contato e facilitador no processo de contas a pagar da Wabtec. Garantindo pagamentos a tempo e o bom relacionamento entre fornecedores e público interno Wabtec.

Você vai suportar o time de Supply Chain Finance em atividades de fechamento, análises, orçamento e previsão, controles e métricas relacionadas ao contas a pagar e faturamento.

O que queremos saber sobre você?

Graduação em Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimento em Contas a Pagar.Conhecimento em Faturamento.Conhecimento em Excel.Desejável conhecimento em Oracle.Desejável conhecimento em Power BI.Desejável Inglês e Espanhol.Perfil proativo, comunicativo e com facilidade em trabalhar em equipe.

Como será o seu dia-a-dia?

Ser um facilitador no processo de contas a pagar da empresa.Monitorar e garantir pagamentos a tempo.Reportar mensalmente protestos e pefins e atuar na causa raiz.Análise de balanço e DRE de fornecedores para aprovação de adiantamento.Apurar e reportar a métrica de prazo de pagamento da empresa.Controlar o saldo de adiantamentos, garantindo o abatimento nas devidas notas fiscais.Reportar o detalhamento do saldo de contas a pagar para backup de balanço.Suportar as previsões mensais de saldo de contas a pagar.Atendimento às solicitações do time interno e auditoria externa.Apoiar a equipe de finanças com as atividades de fechamento.Suportar o time de faturamento com emissão de notas fiscais.
