The role We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as: Functional Analyst / Business Analyst SoftwareOne Scope: Full-time | Office: Cali | Hybrid How a day to day would look like in this role: Lead the gathering, analysis, and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements. Define and drive strategies for process optimization and continuous improvement of systems. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication. Prepare and validate artifacts such as user stories, use cases, flow diagrams, and functional specifications. Oversee the correct implementation of requirements and validate their alignment with business objectives. Participate in and lead agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, refinements, planning, retrospectives, etc.). Manage the backlog and collaborate in defining priorities and the product roadmap. Act as a facilitator between technical and business teams, promoting a collaborative work environment. Mentor junior and intermediate functional analysts, sharing knowledge and best practices. Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments for changes in systems or processes. What we need to see from you Profile: Professional in systems or related careers with extensive experience in gathering, analyzing, and managing requirements for technology projects. They will be a key reference in defining solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and QA. This role requires solid knowledge of agile methodologies and the ability to lead strategic initiatives, coordinate multiple projects, and contribute to improvements in business and technology processes Required skills: Experience leading projects or initiatives to improve processes. Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban, etc.). Proficiency in management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc. Experience in process modeling (BPMN, UML) and requirements documentation. Ability to manage stakeholders and negotiate scope. Knowledge in SQL, APIs, system integration, Data, AI, and technology architectures (desirable).
