You will execute warehouse operations in term of service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements and policies compliance. You will also work collaboratively with key internal and external (third-party logistics vendors) business partners to ensure effective management, timely solutions and execution. You will also be responsible for activities such as inventory management (iDoc management, stock reconciliation), interfaces monitoring, track and trace, claims management, invoice management, compliance execution (HSE, quality, risk management), tenders support, third-party performance management, pallets management.

How you will contribute

You will:

Review and analyze stock inaccuracies and guarantee accurate stock alignment between SAP and the warehouse management system based on available information among stakeholders. Analyze and verify capacity utilization, performance and KPI monitoring, and introduce corrective measures in case of missing KPIs and the need to reduce additional capacityWork with our service providers to ensure the delivery of our trading partners in terms of punctuality and completeness, taking into account quality and HACCP guidelinesMonitor inbound, outbound, co-packing, warehousing and distribution activities to ensure shelf-life monitoring and management, supports reduction of write offs and constantly looks for opportunities to improve productivitiesConduct project-related and ad hoc tasks, in particular in connection with continuous improvement projects and tenders and peak managementBuild and provide full-cost analysis (yearly budget), risks and opportunities

Propósito del Cargo

Asegurar la eficiencia y calidad en las operaciones de copacking, así como liderar la digitalización y automatización de reportes logísticos mediante el uso de herramientas avanzadas como Power BI y Alteryx, optimizando los procesos de análisis y toma de decisiones.

Responsabilidades Claves:

Coordinar y supervisar las operaciones de copacking, garantizando el cumplimiento de tiempos, costos y estándares de calidad establecidos.Desarrollar y automatizar reportes logísticos mediante herramientas de análisis de datos (Power BI, Alteryx u otras similares).Monitorear y analizar indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) relacionados con copacking y logística, proporcionando insights para la mejora continua.Implementar mejoras en los procesos de copacking mediante la optimización de recursos y flujos de trabajo.Colaborar con equipos internos y externos para garantizar la alineación de estrategias logísticas con las necesidades de la cadena de suministro.Diseñar dashboards interactivos que faciliten la visualización y análisis de datos logísticos para la toma de decisiones.
 

Requisitos Mínimos

Educación: Título en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Ingeniería en Logística o carreras afines.Experiencia:
Al menos 1 año de experiencia en actividades relacionadas a logística, transportación, warehouse, copacking o roles similares.
Experiencia en digitalización y automatización de procesos.
Dominio de herramientas como Power BI, Alteryx y Excel avanzado (tablas dinámicas, macros, etc.).
Familiaridad con sistemas ERP (SAP)

Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas.Pensamiento crítico orientado a la mejora continua.Habilidad para manejar múltiples tareas simultáneamente.Comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo.Proactividad y orientación a resultados.

Indicadores de Desempeño (KPIs)

Incremento en la eficiencia de operaciones de copacking (reducción de costos o tiempos).Implementación de reportes automatizados en un porcentaje definido de los procesos logísticos.Reducción del tiempo empleado en la generación de reportes manuales.Mejoras en la precisión y calidad de los datos logísticos reportados.
