This involves identifying suitable topics, formats, and channels for content distribution. Customer Commucation Tool Management: Content Creation: Produce original and high-quality content such as videos, infographics, images, presentations, surveys, and push notifications to engage and inform app users. Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and grammatical correctness. You are also responsible for ensuring the content aligns with the brand's style and tone guidelines. Editorial Calendar Management: Create and maintain an editorial calendar to schedule content publication strategically. This includes setting deadlines, coordinating wit ah other teams, and tailoring content to relevant events or trends. Analysis and Tracking: Measure and analyze content performance using internal application dashboards to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and identify opportunities for improvement. This will help in making informed decisions to adjst content tactics. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other teams to gather relevant information and ensure strategic alignment in content creation and campaigns. Your Impact As Sales GTM Supervisor your responsibilities would consist: Management of content to be displayed for the client (B2B) (Videos, Notifications, Surveys & Games) Responsible for the Customer Communication Tool in Mexico (Push Notifications) Creation of segmented content for different customer levels in the De La Mano application Ensure the loading of these contents, through the GBS team Management of promotion performance indicators (KPI) Alignment with different PMF areas (Marketing, GBS, Joy APP, S&T) in content management Responsible for updates on promotions, notifications and incentives of the Business Develop Representative (BDR Tool) Content management on official social networks De La Mano Mexico Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Experience Domain of Macros Excel, Power BI and Power Point, Canva or others design platforms Domain of Adobe tools Analysis Capacity to understand data Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present data and context Priorization and organization skills English language (Intermediate) Work Experience in Community Manager, Strategic Communications, Marketing, Public Relationships and other similar areas (Minimum 1 year recommend, no mandatory) If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
