Analista Trade Compliance
Key Responsibilities Ensure import/export processes meet lead times and standards for each internal customer and type of operation. Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely distribution and delivery. Maintain and enforce trade compliance across all operations. Create, analyze, and present reports and metrics to track performance. Conduct reconciliations, including SAT GLOSA and commercial invoice verifications. Support logistics programs, including CASS and SCO, with troubleshooting and training assistance. Lead and assist in audits and self-audit programs to ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, or a closely related field. 3-4 years of experience in foreign trade, with expertise in customs laws, regulations, and customs broker/carrier management. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across teams and departments to achieve common goals. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of managing changing priorities and working under pressure. Who You Are
