Your Team, Your Impact
Marvell’s Central Engineering Team is seeking an analog layout design intern to support the development of analog IP products at the Córdoba (Argentina) design center. Job responsibilities include support of layout implementation of analog integrated circuit (IC) designs. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, willing to learn exciting new technologies and be able to work effectively within a talented group of individuals.Projects can vary depending on the product cycle and individual student interests. You will gain exposure to a variety of IC design engineering skills and tools during your internship.
What You Can Expect
Joint design team and own a piece of the layout design.
Learn design rules of advanced CMOS technology nodes (16nm to 5nm).
Run DRC/LVS checks.
Learn Electromigration/IR drop (EMIR) concepts for analog IC layout.
Optimize layout designs in terms of area and parasitic RL,C.
What We're Looking For
Candidate MUST be pursuing a degree in Electronic Engineering or related technical field(s).
Have less than 5 final exams to graduate or less than one year to finish the career.
Experience in circuit design in PCB is a valuable skill (Cadence, Mentor, Altium).
Curses at conferences like EAMTA/LASCAS are desirable.
Advanced English is required.
Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
